The Role:
We are currently searching for First Nations candidates who are keen to kickstart their career in a call center environment.
This is your opportunity to work in one of Australia's biggest hearing specialists and complete a cert III Business.
This role is targeted for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates only.
The successful candidate will receive Culturally sensitive mentoring to ensure they have all the support necessary to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll work amongst a team of customer service professionals in a busy call centre environment. Each day will be different as you support diverse customers with hearing related enquiries and requests.

- Basic computer skills
