The Role: 
 
This Project Management traineeship will give you the chance to work and learn from a number of business and project management professionals, all while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be learning and earning!
 
On the job you'll be providing administrative support to the project management team, while assisting with planning, stakeholder engagement, minutes taking, communications etc. You will gain a certificate IV Project Management Practice over a 2-Year Full Time Traineeship.
 
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and based in North Ryde.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and communication.
  • Getting involved in projects, contributing to the improvement of processes and workflows.
  • Maintain and organise records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Be a catalyst for positive change, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
  • No formal experience required but some exposure to an office environment & basic computer literacy would be well regarded.
  • Exposure to trades industry highly desirable 
  • The ability to learn, be taught and follow instructions.  Asking questions when uncertain of information and process highly encouraged.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Basic skills in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for contributing to positive change
  • Team Player

Candidate Must:
  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • Able and willing to take public transport (easier to access via Sydney Metro train line, limited to no parking at the work site)
  • Pass a Police check (Open to review)
  • Possess basic computer skills
